Summary
Sometimes, Microsoft MapPoint will stop working and must be reset.
Troubleshooting
1. Make sure Collect is closed
2. Go to start and type in MapPoint. Open up MapPoint
3. Hit the red compass icon at the top
4. Click Configure GPS
5. Click Scan
6. Select the GPS that is scanned and hit OK
7. Hit the Play button
8. Once the GPS gets a signal, close MapPoint
