Description
This is a suggested fix for some Notify issues such as getting a blank white screen instead of the Notify screen.
Process
1. Open up an Internet Explorer web browser
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the screen. See below.
3. Select Internet Options
4. Click Delete and then select the options pictured below.
5. Close the web browser and try using Notify again.
