Description
The following can occur as a result of bad data in the XML file.
Troubleshooting
Contact Alden Support to have them do the following:
1. Alden Support – check the download folder on the server for duplicate records in the XML files.
2. Alden Support – check the live folder using ShowMyPC and remove any duplicate records from the XML files. Can also clear live folder contents instead.
In the above example, there was a duplicate NOT IN FIELD entry in the COHPoleConfigMapIconDef XML file.
